Job summary

Miu Miu is looking for a Client Advisor to deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience, guiding clients through the brand's universe and services. You will foster meaningful relationships, exceed sales targets, and support both in-store and ecommerce channels with the brand's philosophy and values.

The role requires a strong knowledge of Prada Group products, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Similar experience within a luxury or premium brand.
• Understanding of luxury customer service standards.
• Experience in building long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Place the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and meeting every need.
• Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store success.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Prada’s heritage, products, and DNA.
• Capture client data in the CRM to personalize future interactions.
• Promote an omnichannel shopping approach.
• Maintain stock room organization and cooperate with back-of-house.
• Resolve Client complaints with managerial support when needed.
• Engage with digital tools to deliver a seamless luxury experience.
