Marni UK is seeking a brilliant and talented Client Advisor for our concession at Selfridges London. You will provide an exceptional in-store experience, storytelling, and build lasting relationships with clients in a luxury fashion environment.

The role requires experience in fashion/luxury retail, a client-first mindset, and excellent communication skills. English fluency is mandatory; commission scheme applied to final compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion/luxury retail.
• Proven sales and client-relationships track record.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist each client with an excellent in-store experience.
• Tell compelling stories and ask engaging questions.
• Build long-term client relationships with personalized service.
• Handle customer complaints effectively.
• Lead on the selling floor to drive sales and KPIs.
