Coach is seeking a Sales Associate in Ashford to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. This role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

You will build lasting client relationships, use POS and clienteling tools, and contribute to inventory and visual merchandising. A minimum of 1 year of luxury retail experience and strong English are preferred; flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Strong English proficiency.
• Experience with POS operation, iPad/laptop, and mobile POS.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Process transactions and handle returns, exchanges, and online pickups.
• Support daily store operations including inventory, merchandising and cash wrap.
