Job summary

Coach Ashford Outlet is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to help achieve store goals through effective selling, service, and productivity. You will represent Coach, act as a brand ambassador, and meet customers’ needs on the sales floor, including omni-channel and live stream shopping techniques.

The role requires prior experience in luxury retail, strong English, and flexibility to work weekends and peak periods.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment preferable.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop) and walkie-talkie use.

Responsibilities

• Understand how individual productivity impacts the store and meet sales goals.
• Behave like a brand ambassador and deliver Coach Experience standards.
• Model sales behaviors taught in training, including omni-channel and live video shopping.
• Maintain high energy on the sales floor and help multiple customers simultaneously.
• Consistently anticipate and meet customers’ needs and provide excellent service.
