Job summary

Goldsmiths is seeking a Deputy Manager for its luxury showroom in the UK. You will help lead and develop a high-performing retail team, delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business development. The role requires commercial awareness, clienteling expertise and a passion for luxury products.

You will act as an ambassador for the brand, mentor staff, recruit and train talent, and collaborate closely with the Showroom Manager to optimise performance and client satisfaction.

• Proven track record in retail management.
• Strong clienteling, networking and events experience.
• Excellent people, sales and client-focused approach.
• Passion for luxury watches and jewellery.
• Ability to analyse competitors and market trends.
