Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics UK and Ireland in Edinburgh is seeking a beauty and wellbeing enthusiast to join our store as a shop floor coach and mentor. You’ll partner with the Store Manager on rota planning, coach colleagues, and deliver a premium customer experience that drives loyalty and sales.

You’ll handle operations like stock and cash, develop your team, and embody our Feel Good Experience as a luxury boutique ambassador.

Qualifications

• Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.
• Cannot imagine being behind a desk all day.
• Keen on retail variety and fast-paced puzzle-solving.
• Results-driven and able to turn conversations into purchases.
• Strong people skills and ability to adapt to different personalities.
• Available to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with your Store Manager on rota planning, sales strategies, and plans to make colleagues and customers happier.
• Be the product expert - handle complex customer questions, demonstrate products, embody Feel Good Experience.
• Own the operations side - rota management, inventory, cash handling, back-office tasks.
• Develop your team and make targets fun - coaching to grow and turn sales into a game.
• Be a brand ambassador - look polished and professional for a luxury boutique.
