Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Fixed Term Account Manager for the Harrods Knightsbridge counter. You will lead a dynamic team, drive retail excellence, coach staff, and uphold CHANEL's brand image while managing day-to-day counter operations.

In this role you will strengthen in-store performance, develop team capabilities, recruit and mentor staff, and contribute to strategic planning with the Business Manager within the Fragrance & Beauty division.

• Proven leadership experience in a luxury or premium retail environment.
• Ability to coach and develop a diverse team while fostering collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team within CHANEL's Fragrance & Beauty counter.
• Oversee day-to-day counter operations, stock and reporting.
• Drive clienteling, relationships and loyalty with premium clients.
• Collaborate with Retail Development Manager to review counter performance and growth.
