Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Fixed Term Account Manager at Harrods, Knightsbridge, on a 37.5-hour week contract until April 2027. You will lead the counter team, drive retail excellence, and nurture client relationships while upholding CHANEL's luxury standards.

Working with the Business Manager in Fragrance & Beauty, you will coach and motivate the team, manage onboarding and training, and contribute to business planning, promotions, and KPI analysis to optimize commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a luxury or premium retail environment.
• Strong team coaching and development abilities.
• Experience driving client-centric retail experiences.
