Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an Account Manager to lead a dynamic team at the stansted airport counter. You will drive retail excellence, coach staff, manage day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional client experiences while upholding CHANEL's brand image.

You will recruit, train and develop a high-performing team, partner with retailers and drive growth through effective planning, stock control and customer relationship management in a premium environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in luxury or premium retail environments.
• Proven ability to coach and develop diverse teams while sustaining service excellence.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to analyse KPIs and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high performing counter team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Oversee day-to-day counter operations, rota planning, stock monitoring and reporting.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training in line with Chanel standards.
• Develop business plans, forecast promotions and monitor KPIs for growth.
• Build partnerships with retailers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
