Responsibilities

• Set targets for yourself and team in line with company expectations.
• Pro-actively sell LOEWE Perfumes and provide luxury service.
• Lead and coach team to achieve sales targets.
• Cross-sell to increase ATV and ATU across product categories.
• Educate team on LOEWE products and overcome objections.
• Manage counter stock in partnership with Area Manager.
• Grow business through events and store collaborations.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with corporate guidelines.
• Maintain store policies and assist with admin tasks as needed.
