Qualifications

• Previous bar/restaurant/hotel hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom (no sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a professional and engaging manner.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards.
• Build rapport with guests and provide personalised recommendations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of bar menu, cocktails, wines, and seasonal offerings.
• Ensure tables, bar areas, and service stations are clean and well-presented.
• Accurately process orders and payments using hotel systems.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain compliance with licensing regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of luxury, care, and service excellence.
