Responsibilities

• Meet and warmly welcome customers and visitors.

• Maintain presentation of the customer lounge and refreshment areas.
• Keep coffee station stocked and presentable.
• Load and unload the dishwasher; keep kitchen areas clean.
• Ensure customer-facing areas are maintained to a high standard.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Support the wider team with reception and admin duties.
• Ensure every customer has a professional and welcoming experience.
