Hawk Hiring in Weybridge seeks an experienced Service Advisor / Parts Advisor to join a premier independent automotive specialist. You will be the main link between retail clients and the workshop, using your technical knowledge to explain findings and repair scopes.

There is scope for career progression in a modern, supportive environment. The role offers £30,000–£37,000 per annum, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:15 PM, with free on-site parking and 23 days holiday including Christmas shutdown.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service/advisory role is required.
• Ex-technicians encouraged to apply.
• Strong technical knowledge to explain diagnostic findings and repair scopes.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the main link between retail clients and the workshop, explaining findings clearly.
• Sourcing, ordering, and managing inventory for genuine parts to keep jobs moving.
• Providing transparent estimates and customer updates for a seamless service experience.
• Using hands-on automotive background to uphold strict quality control.
