Job summary

Hawk Hiring in Lewes is seeking an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to join our busy workshop. You will lead front-of-house operations, manage workshop flow, and ensure exceptional customer service while supporting branch expansion.

You will bring strong leadership, MOT familiarity, and a track record in garage management. The role offers a lucrative salary of £32,500–£35,000 with strong OTE, full-time hours including Saturdays, and a supportive, family-run culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in garage/service department management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with MOT procedures and workshop processes.
• Proven track record in improving branch performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-of-house interactions and workshop scheduling.
• Lead daily branch performance and ensure high workmanship standards across MOTs and servicing.
• Explain repair work and MOT recommendations clearly to customers.
• Support upcoming branch expansion plans and operational growth.
• Demonstrate performance-driven mindset and strong process-management skills.
