• Requirements: Previous experience in a busy automotive Service Advisor role, strong IT literacy, and excellent phone communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and book vehicles into the workshop.
• Liaise with the technical team to track vehicle progress and ensure handover at the promised time.
• Handle high volumes of customer inquiries by phone, set up onward travel, and keep clients updated.
• Provide transparent guidance on required repairs while maintaining product and brand knowledge.
• Maintain excellent communication and strive to deliver world-class customer service.
