Job summary

Role at Porsche Centre East London: Monday to Friday 8:00am–6:00pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays; base salary £32,590, plus up to 35% annual bonus, 33 days holiday, life assurance, pension, and employee

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held and valid for UK roads.
• Experience working in a dealership with automotive repair understanding.
• Knowledge of FCA Treating Customers Fairly principles.
• Strong customer focus and ability to upsell appropriately.
• Experience in fast-paced dealership environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience aligned with Porsche Service Process.
• Communicate technical info effectively for upselling and meet targets.
• Manage workshop repairs and provide regular customer updates.
• Handle Direct Dialogue interactions and upsell per guidelines.
• Assist showroom customers with bookings and accessory sales; manage overflow bookings.
• Confirm booking details with customers before appointments; manage vehicles and keys on site.
• Prepare service invoices with technical explanations per manufacturer standards.
• Be highly organized with attention to detail and manage competing tasks.
• Ensure compliance with FCA, Warranty Audit, and complete required training.
