Job summary

Castle Fine Art in Guildford is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant to help clients select exceptional art by renowned artists. This role offers uncapped earning potential with a base salary and commission, with an OTE of £40,000+.

You will cultivate relationships, close sales, and participate in gallery events and new releases, with full training to develop your product knowledge and sales skills. No prior art knowledge required as training is provided; driving licence is desirable for

Qualifications

• Motivation and drive to achieve sales targets, ideally with 1-2-1 sales experience.
• Ability to adapt and tailor to different client needs.
• Outstanding communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Exceptional client service skills.
• A friendly, engaging personality.
• Ability to carry out moderate physical duties.
• Driving license is desirable for occasional home consultations.

Responsibilities

• Sell exceptional art by artists including Billy Connolly, Bob Dylan, Boy George and Johnny Depp.
• Exceed sales targets with new releases, gallery events and exhibitions.
• Develop existing client relationships and build new ones through gallery walk-ins and database outreach.
