Job summary

Castle Fine Art in Cheltenham is seeking a driven Sales Consultant to engage clients, build relationships and close sales of exceptional artwork from renowned artists. A base salary plus uncapped commission offers strong earning potential through regular gallery events and new releases.

The role includes training to maximise product knowledge, flexibility to visit clients, and weekend work. A supportive team environment and staff discounts are available as part of the rewards package.

Qualifications

• Experience in one-to-one sales is preferred
• Ability to adapt to different client needs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, engaging personality and professional appearance
• Must be able to work weekends
• Valid driving licence desirable for visits
