Job summary

Clarendon Fine Art in Windsor is seeking ambitious sales professionals for a consultative Sales Consultant role. You will build lasting client relationships, proactively develop the gallery's client base, and close significant art sales through personalised experiences.

This is a full-time or part-time position with uncapped commission and an OTE of £40,000+, rewarding top performers with earnings that reflect their results. Training and a supportive team help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail or high-end sales environments.
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build your own portfolio of clients through gallery visitors, collectors and referrals.
• Match clients with artwork through a personalised consultative sales approach.
• Contact clients by phone, email and face-to-face.
• Host gallery events, private viewings and exclusive exhibitions.
• Conduct home consultations and personalised appointments.
• Generate repeat business and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences while meeting sales targets.
