Job summary

Castle Fine Art in Guildford is hiring a Sales Consultant to drive sales of exceptional art from artists like Billy Connolly, Bob Dylan, and Johnny Depp. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, with an OTE of £40,000+ and ongoing training to maximise product knowledge.

You will cultivate relationships, handle gallery walk‑ins and client calls, and leverage our extensive database to exceed targets throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Previous 1–2–1 sales experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to different client needs.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
• Friendly, engaging personality.
• Ability to carry out moderate physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Sell exceptional artwork by listed artists to clients.
• Develop and foster client relationships, both new and existing.
• Support gallery events, releases, and exhibitions to reach targets.
• Provide in‑depth product knowledge training and guidance to customers.
• Utilise the gallery database to drive sales and referrals.
