Job summary

Castle Fine Art at Bluewater Shopping Centre is hiring a Sales Consultant. You will sell exceptional artwork from renowned artists and harness events and new releases to drive sales. A base salary of £27,000 accompanies an uncapped commission scheme with OTE £40,000+.

We welcome professionals who can develop existing client relationships and attract new buyers through gallery walk-ins. A driving license is desirable for occasional home visits, and full product training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2-1 sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to tailor to different client needs.
• Excellent client service and engaging personality.
• Willingness to perform moderate physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Sell artwork by artists including Billy Connolly, Bob Dylan, Boy George and Johnny Depp.
• Develop existing client relationships and build new ones through gallery walk-ins and outreach.
• Leverage gallery events and new releases to exceed sales targets.
• Attend training to maximise product knowledge and close sales.
