L’Oréal Luxe is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to guide a store team in Liverpool, delivering a world-class luxury consumer experience across our brands. You will drive performance, coach staff, and manage events to exceed targets while upholding premium standards.

As the primary brand ambassador, you will inspire excellence, develop talent, and ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury or premium retail desired.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Strong customer service and sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a world class luxury service experience through coaching and feedback.
• Act as a L’Oréal Luxe ambassador delivering personalised service and merchandising standards.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and storytelling to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute events and brand activations to boost store growth.
• Recruit, onboard and develop a high-performing team with ongoing performance feedback.
• Maintain counter standards, stock levels and brand guidelines.
