Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned sections and support the team to deliver high-quality service.
- Coordinate opening and closing procedures to meet standards.
- Greet guests, present menus, explain specials, and respond to inquiries about food and beverages.
- Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders via POS, ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
