Job summary

Cambridge House, Auberge Collection in London’s Mayfair is seeking a Spa Attendant to help bring Baeden House-inspired wellbeing spaces to life. You will ensure spa and relaxation areas are pristine, stocked and guest-ready, while supporting therapists and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Joining at opening, you’ll play a key part in shaping a tranquil, inviting atmosphere where guests unwind and feel cared for.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness facility or luxury hospitality environment would be an advantage.
• A good understanding of cleaning, hygiene and presentation standards.
• A keen eye for detail, with pride in maintaining immaculate spaces.
• The ability to work efficiently and discreetly, respecting guests' privacy and comfort.
• Good communication skills in English and the ability to work well within a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, as required.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

• Ensure spa, changing rooms, relaxation areas and wellness facilities are beautifully presented and ready for guests.
• Monitor supplies, replenish stock, and communicate shortages promptly.
• Anticipate guests' needs and offer timely assistance.
• Support spa therapists with preparation and turnaround of treatment rooms.
• Follow cleaning, sanitisation and hygiene procedures across spa areas to maintain high standards.
• Welcome guests with warmth and provide information about wellbeing facilities.
• Communicate with spa therapists, reception and Cambridge House team to ensure cohesive guest experiences.
