Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury spa environment or reception.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to organize appointment scheduling and guest flow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of service throughout Spa & Wellness.
• Greet guests warmly; provide tours for new guests and re-orient returning guests.
• Organize appointment scheduling to maximize time and profitability while prioritising guests' needs.
• Interact courteously and answer Spa/hotel questions.
• Assist with daily reception duties and follow SOPs set by Spa & Wellness Manager.
