Job summary

Four Seasons Hampshire is seeking a guest services agent on a casual, flexible basis. You will be one of the first faces guests see, delivering welcoming, professional service throughout their stay and assisting with enquiries and local area information.

Role requires a warm personality, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment. Training is provided, with opportunities to grow within the Four Seasons global network.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, customer service or guest-facing experience is preferred but not essential – we provide full training!
• Positive, friendly and professional demeanour
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Strong team player who communicates effectively
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed
• A proactive approach and willingness to go above and beyond for our guests

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and provide a genuine, friendly and professional experience
• Assist guests with luggage and escort them to guestrooms when required
• Support guests with enquiries, directions and information about the hotel and local area
• Coordinate transportation requests and assist with guest arrivals and departures
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly and professionally to requests
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming arrival experience throughout the hotel
• Collaborate with Reception, Concierge, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Adhere to all health, safety and security standard
