Four Seasons Hotels Limited is seeking a Spa Attendant to keep spa facilities pristine, welcoming, and well-prepared throughout the day. You will work alongside therapists and reception to deliver a seamless, luxurious guest experience from arrival through departure.

The role emphasizes meticulous presentation, guest service, and teamwork in a luxury hospitality setting, with flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel, spa, leisure or hospitality is preferred but not essential.
• Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Positive, proactive and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a luxury hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation of spa facilities and public areas.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after guest appointments to highest standards.
• Replenish spa amenities, towels, robes and guest products throughout the day.
• Monitor spa facilities and address any cleanliness or presentation concerns.
• Provide a warm, professional welcome and assist guests with directions and inquiries.
• Support therapists and Spa Reception to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist with laundry management and stock control within the spa.
• Maintain health, safety, hygiene and brand standards.
• Contribute to creating a luxury spa environment that exceeds guest expectations.
