Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Night Porter at Stanbrook Abbey Hotel in Worcester. The role covers overnight duties, including reception tasks, bar service, and room service with a focus on guest safety and service excellence.

The position is part-time, 32 hours per week, across 4 nights from Sunday to Saturday, with shift times from 22:30 to 07:00. We offer a competitive hourly rate (£14.00) plus a service charge and a comprehensive benefits package including accommodation options and career

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel front office preferred, especially night shifts.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with hotel reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight operations, including night audit and balance of accounts.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues on night shift.
• Assist with reception, bar, and room service tasks as needed during night hours.
• Coordinate with team across shifts to ensure smooth continuity of service.
