Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Porter at Rhinefield House Hotel & Spa in the New Forest. The role supports the kitchen team, ensuring cleanliness, dishwashing, and smooth operation across service times.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, five days out of seven, with a starting rate of £13 per hour plus a service charge and attractive colleague benefits. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and back-of-house teams to maintain high standards of hygiene and stock control while

Responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate hygiene standards across all kitchen areas, including dishwashing and cleaning of equipment.
• Ensure back-of-house areas are organised and well-presented.
• Assist with basic food preparation, monitor waste, and support stock organisation and deliveries.
