Job summary

Bailbrook House Hotel, part of Hand Picked Hotels, in Bath is seeking a Kitchen Porter to join a close-knit luxury team. The role involves maintaining hygiene, supporting chefs, and ensuring orderly back-of-house operations.

You will work closely with the Head Chef to uphold high standards of cleanliness and service. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, five days out of seven, with a competitive hourly rate (£13) plus service charge and colleague benefits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hygiene standards across kitchen areas and dishwashing.

• Support chefs by ensuring utensils and service items are clean and ready for use.
• Monitor waste disposal and assist with stock organisation and deliveries.
• Assist with basic food preparation when required.
