Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire in the English countryside is seeking a hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our Kitchen team on a permanent basis. You will support chefs and help maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen to ensure efficient service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Kitchen Porter is desirable, but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
• Good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Physical ability to undertake lifting, standing and other manual duties.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including equipment, utensils, crockery and cutlery.
• Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure items are cleaned and stored correctly.
• Support chefs with basic food preparation as required.
• Receive, organise and safely store deliveries in accordance with company procedures.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling efficiently while maintaining a clean working environment.
• Ensure all health, safety, food hygiene and COSHH standards are consistently followed.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to support smooth daily operations and service delivery.
• Assist with deep cleaning schedules and maintain high standards of kitchen presentation.
