Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Hampshire is seeking a hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team on a permanent basis. You will support chefs and ensure the kitchen operates efficiently by maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organisation standards in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Kitchen Porter is desirable but not essential
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a busy role
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen
• Commitment to high hygiene and cleanliness standards

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, crockery and cutlery
• Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure items are cleaned and stored correctly
• Support chefs with basic food preparation as required
• Receive, organise and safely store deliveries
• Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling while keeping a clean environment
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene and COSHH standards are followed
• Work closely with the kitchen team to support daily operations
• Assist with deep cleaning and maintain kitchen presentation standards
