Job summary

Vita Student is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our vibrant on-site team in Leeds, covering Early Morning, Daytime and Overnight shifts. You will deliver five-star service, support residents, and manage day-to-day front-of-house operations to create a welcoming home-from-home.

The role requires proactive hospitality experience, excellent communication and the ability to handle busy periods across 6am-6pm and night shifts 9pm-6am. Overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in hospitality or student accommodation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay composed in busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional reception and build relationships with residents and guests.
• Respond to enquiries and concerns with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Conduct regular checks and address maintenance or safety issues as needed.
• Manage parcel deliveries and resident amenities to ensure smooth operations.
• Be the first point of contact for incidents and welfare concerns, following health and safety guidelines.
