Job summary

St Joseph's Catholic Primary School in Blackhall is seeking a lunchtime supervisory assistant to supervise and support pupils during lunchtimes, under the direction of the senior leadership team.

The role is permanent, term-time, five hours a week (one hour a day) with retainer adjustments during school closures. An enhanced DBS check is required and visa sponsorship is not available. You will work with professionals inside and outside the school and uphold a positive, caring ethos.

This lunchtime supervisory assistant post sits in the lunchtime team at St Joseph's Catholic Primary School, Blackhall, part of Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust. The work is supervising and supporting pupils during the lunch break, under the direction of the senior leadership team. It is a permanent, term-time role of five hours a week, one hour a day, paid on a whole-time basis with retainer adjustments in school closures, and subject to a job evaluation still under way.
