Job summary

Stannington is seeking a lunchtime supervisor to contribute to a positive lunchtime play environment and to supervise pupils before, during and after the midday meal.

You will organise activities with children, encourage healthy lunchtime routines and ensure Health and Safety compliance in the dining room, working as part of a supportive school team.

What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate would be required to:

• Contribute to the development of a positive approach to lunchtime play;
• Organise and take part in activities with children over the lunchtime period;
• Supervision of pupils immediately before, during and after the midday meal.
• Encourage children to eat their lunch
• Be aware of and deliver Health and Safety in the dining room.
