Job summary

River Learning Trust is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to support pupils during the school lunch period, bringing calm, empathy and initiative to the role. The position runs 11:45–13:15, across the school lunchtime, with opportunities for professional development within a supportive team.

The post emphasises safeguarding and the welfare of all pupils, and the Trust is committed to staff wellbeing and collaborative working with governors and colleagues.

Job description

We are looking for an excellent Lunchtime Supervisor with vision and a passion for bringing out the best in all children and can make a real difference in our school. Specifically, we would like someone who has the following qualities:

Ideally, the role would be for 1.5 hours per day (7.5 hours per week) across the school lunchtime of 11:45 - 1:15pm.
