Job summary

The Marlborough Church of England School is seeking a Cleaner to join our team for three hours per day, Monday to Friday, before/after school with some hours during the school holidays. Training will be provided, no prior experience required.

The role focuses on maintaining high cleanliness standards in your designated area and contributing to a tidy, safe school environment. You will work 15 hours per week across 43 weeks per annum, with paid holiday entitlement and term-time arrangements.

Job description

We are seeking to appoint a Cleaner to join our committed and friendly team for three hours per day, Monday to Friday, before/after school with some hours during the school holidays. Experience is not essential, as training will be given.

The main duties of the role are:

• Responsibility for the standard of cleanliness of your designated cleaning area;
• Maintaining consistently high standards.

Hours: 15 hours per week, 43 weeks per annum (term-time + 5 weeks + paid holiday entitlement of 6.22 weeks per annum).
