Job summary

Lickey Hills Primary School and Nursery (LHPSN) in Lickey Hills, Birmingham, is seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor to oversee pupils during lunch and outdoor play in a safe, supportive setting. You will promote positive behaviour, support mealtime routines, and help create a calm, enjoyable environment for all children.

Term-time hours are 11:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a pro rata salary. This temporary post runs until December 2026, offering opportunities for training and professional

Job Title: Lunchtime Supervisor
Salary: £5,948 per annum pro rata
Hours: 11:30am – 1:30pm, Monday to Friday, Term time only
Location: Lickey Hills Primary School and Nursery, Old Birmingham Road, Lickey

The Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team, supporting our OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) approach. You will supervise children during lunchtime and outdoor play, helping create rich, varied play opportunities that are safe but appropriately challenging. You will play an active role in promoting positive behaviour, encouraging creative and independent play, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all pupils.
