Job summary

Pool Hayes Primary School in Willenhall is seeking a dedicated Lunchtime Supervisor to oversee pupils at lunchtime. You will work 1hr 15mins daily, Monday to Friday during 38 school weeks, with hours confirmed at interview. You’ll help with meal tasks and lead play activities to create a positive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, enthusiastic and committed to supporting our students. Relevant experience with children and group behaviour management is desired.

Qualifications

• Experience of working or caring for children.
• Knowledge and understanding of managing the behaviour of groups of children.
• Ability to work as part of a team and also independently.

Pro Rata Salary: £3,504.22 (FTE £24,753)

The role:

Pool Hayes Primary School are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to supervise pupils during the lunchtime period. You will be working 1hr 15mins a day, hours to be confirmed at interview. During this time, you will be assisting with meal tasks and taking a lead in delivering play activities.

Your key skills will include:

• experience of working or caring for children
• have knowledge and understanding of managing the behaviour of groups of children
• work as part of a group and individually
