LUNCHTIME SUPERVISORY ASSISTANT (OPAL PLAY TEAM)

Grade 1 (SCP 3-4) £25,614 - £26,016 pro rata (£13.28 per hour - £13.48 per hour)


6 hours & 30 minutes per week


(Monday to Thursday 1 hr & 15 minutes per day and Friday 1 hr & 30 minutes)


Permanent Term-time only (38 weeks)


The Trust is looking to appoint an enthusiastic person to join our Lunchtime Supervisory Team to help supervise and engage children in activities during the lunchtime break. The successful applicant must be willing to undertake first aid training and OPAL training.


A good understanding of caring for children and the ability to work as part of a team is essential. You will be expected to engage children in play activities and to be pro-active in ensuring safe and constructive play/sport is encouraged.


Please note - a large proportion of this post involves being outdoors, and standing/walking for the duration of the lunch period. Candidates should therefore consider the physical demands of the role prior to applying.
