Job summary

Lickey Hills Primary School and Nursery in Old Birmingham Road, Lickey, is seeking a reliable Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team. You will supervise children during lunchtime and outdoor play, helping create rich, varied play opportunities that are safe but challenging.

This term-time role runs 11:30am–1:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a temporary contract until end December 2026. A DBS check is required.

• Experience supervising children during lunchtime.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
• Ability to work as part of a school team.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Lunchtime Supervisor to join our friendly team, supporting our OPAL (Outdoor Play and Learning) approach. You will supervise children during lunchtime and outdoor play, helping create rich, varied play opportunities that are safe but appropriately challenging. You will play an active role in promoting positive behaviour, encouraging creative and independent play, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities
