Job summary

Radwinter C of E VA Primary School is seeking a caring Lunchtime SEND Support Supervisor to assist identified pupils during the school lunch period. You will help pupils access lunch routines, support social interactions and manage emotional or sensory needs, ensuring a safe and inclusive break time for all learners.

The role is 5 hours per week during term time, with immediate start and occasional personal care tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting children with SEND is desirable.
• Ability to work with children in lunchtime settings.
• Understanding of safeguarding in a school context.

Responsibilities

• Assist identified pupils at lunch to access routines safely.
• Support social interaction and friendship building.
• Help with emotional regulation and sensory needs.
