Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Lunchtime Classroom Assistant in Hounslow to support children and young people with Autism, SLD and Complex Needs. You will help during lunchtime and assist with social, emotional and personal development under the guidance of experienced staff.

The successful candidate will be patient, caring and able to work calmly in challenging situations, with a genuine passion for SEND and a willingness to undertake personal care tasks as required.

Competenze

Experience in care, SEND environments, childcare, youth work, healthcare, teaching assistance.
Willing to undertake Enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.
Able to support pupils during lunchtime and daily activities.

Mansioni

Supporting pupils during lunch and recreational activities.
Encouraging positive communication and social interaction.
Assisting with eating, feeding and personal care where required.
Maintaining a safe, calm and inclusive environment.
Working with teachers and support staff to meet individual needs.
