Job summary

Teach Now Limited seeks a caring Midday Supervisor to oversee pupils at a specialist secondary school in Hertfordshire. The role focuses on creating a safe, calm lunchtime environment, supporting routines, eating, social interaction and transitions while building confidence and independence.

You will work with pupils with a range of needs, including autism and communication challenges, under the guidance of teaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime and in communal areas.

• Work closely with teaching and support staff.
