Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a part-time Lunchtime Inclusion Coordinator for Berkshire College of Agriculture to plan and run lunchtime clubs. You will create an inclusive environment for students with additional needs, while embedding employability skills such as leadership and communication.

The role works with staff, partners and the wider Student Services team, with some administration duties involved.

Qualifications

• Level 2 English and Maths qualifications are required.
• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in youth work or education is desirable.
• First Aid certification and social media experience are desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and a proactive approach are expected.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver engaging lunchtime clubs.
• Create an inclusive, safe environment for students with additional needs.
• Incorporate employability development into activities (leadership, communication, resilience).
• Collaborate with teaching staff, Learning Support Assistants and external partners, and support admin tasks.
