Job summary

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a part-time Lunchtime Inclusion Coordinator for Berkshire College of Agriculture in Maidenhead. The role is 17.5 hours per week during 37 weeks of the year, paid on the G17–G19 scale with a salary circa £10k per year.

You will plan, deliver lunchtime clubs for 16–19 students with additional needs, ensure a safe inclusive environment, maintain learner records, and work with staff and external partners to support student welfare and employability skills.

Qualifications

• Hold Level 2 qualifications in English and mathematics.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Engage effectively with the 16–19 student cohort and be proactive.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and deliver lunchtime clubs for students with additional needs.
• Work with teaching staff, Learning Support Assistants, and external partners.
• Maintain student records and Individual Learning Plans; assist with general admin duties.
