Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group seeks a Learning Support Assistant for Berkshire College of Agriculture. This part-time, term-time role supports classrooms, groups and individuals under supervision, aligning with EHCPs and college policies.

You will assist with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities, help students overcome barriers, and support English, mathematics and ICT development while maintaining confidential records and safe practice.

Qualifications

• Level 2 GCSE English and Maths (A–C) or equivalent.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning difficulties such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Dyspraxia.
• Experience working with young adults, ideally in education.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, delivery and evaluation of learning activities.
• Help students overcome physical, emotional or learning boundaries.
• Assist with assignments, exam prep and development of English, Maths, and ICT skills.
• Monitor student behaviour and maintain confidential records; adapt learning materials.
