Job summary

College Town Primary School is seeking caring and enthusiastic Lunchtime Controllers to join our supportive and welcoming team. This role fits around school hours, offering a rewarding way to contribute to pupil wellbeing during lunch breaks.

Hours are 11:50 am – 1:30 pm, Monday to Friday, term-time only, with flexible options of 3, 4 or 5 days per week. Start date is September 2026 and interviews will take place in September 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise pupils during lunchtime to ensure safety and well-being.
  • Support positive behaviour and inclusive lunchtime environment.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a calm, friendly lunch area.

Job description
