Job summary

College Town Primary School is seeking caring and enthusiastic Lunchtime Controllers to join our supportive team. This role fits around school hours, with 11:50 am to 1:30 pm shifts and flexible 3, 4 or 5 days per week during term time.

You will help children feel happy, safe and included while they enjoy their lunch period. The successful candidate will be a positive role model, able to build strong relationships with pupils and adults, and contribute to a calm, friendly lunchtime environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime to ensure safety and enjoyment.
• Encourage good behaviour and positive interactions among pupils.
• Support pupils’ wellbeing and development during lunch break.
