Job summary

Teach Midlands in Northamptonshire is seeking a lunchtime supervisor to provide enthusiastic and caring supervision for pupils during the lunch period, with a strong emphasis on safety.

Overview

6.25 hours per week – 12:00–13:15 – Monday to Friday. Term time only (38 weeks per year).

• Encourage and participate in playground games and activities to create a friendly, inclusive, and enjoyable lunchtime environment.
• Support school catering staff and help contribute to a positive lunchtime experience for all students.

Requirements and Safeguarding

• An enhanced DBS check is required for all successful applicants. References will be requested for shortlisted applicants and may form part of the interview process.
• The role involves safeguarding responsibilities; the applicant should understand safeguarding and safer recruitment practices. The school reserves the right to carry out checks on social media and the internet as part of the recruitment process.
